DAY held at Queens Park Community Church, Billericay, Essex Tuesday 17th April 2007 |

UNITY had the pleasure of
singing and sharing with over 50 ladies from Billericay. The aim of the day was to encourage and inspire the ladies that they too can make a difference by using the gifts that God has given them. The day started with coffee at 10am and led into worship and testimony. The whole event was very informal and after a wonderful lunch continued with song and sharing. UNITY were able to share their story of God's inspiration to encourage them to produce a CD for the 'Kids Behind Bars' Campaign which has led to £1,000 so far from the sales of the CD, being given to the Preda Foundation. We are really grateful to Joan Hayward who was inspired to organise and arrange the Ladies Day. It was a great success. Along with the sale of many CD's, the proceeds from Ladies Day, which will also go to the Preda Foundation was an amazing £350! Thank you to Joan and all the helpers. |
